“It was Sunday, and I should have been sitting under the mango tree with my friend Perdomo and a sugar-free double espresso. But I preferred to be at the top of a ladder, shooting these superb models. When you’re doing what you love, the days fly by, but the weeks seem so long, if Sunday is just another day. You can feel the intermittent bursts of regret as you keep clicking the shutter. When I found this photo among the 300 from the shoot, it became clear how our beliefs limited us. This bee doesn’t know today is Sunday. I do. To her, it’s just another working day.”
